No animal casings, no collagen casings, no cellulose casings; KFT Food Machinery has developed an innovative filling process suitable for all types of products, including vegan and halal products, the AG-1000, the alginate filling process.

The process involves the co-extrusion of an alginate-based gel, thus replacing all conventional casings. alginate is a polysaccharide found in algae cells. These polysaccharides are soluble, gelling and thickening agents.
