The peeler line for large format products has been designed to fully automate the casing removal process, thus eliminating manual labour and its associated inconveniences.

The polyamide/plastic casing is automatically removed and transported to the collection tank. Additionally, during the peeling process, any clips or staples are automatically eliminated.

Once peeled, the product can be directly used for cutting, grating, packaging, slicing, and more.

The peeling line consists of several models designed for different product sizes and formats:

• COREFLOW - for products between 45 - 100 mm in diameter and in length between half a metre and one metre.
• TWINFLOW - double peeling channel.
• MAXIFLOW - customised design.
