The TBG model is machine for cutting frozen blocks of meat or other products at -20º C to make the pieces ready for processing by cutters and mincers, thereby reducing the time and effort required by these machines. The TBG cuts the blocks with a guillotine-type blade operated by an extremely powerful hydraulic system. The standard machine produces 4-centimetre-thick slices, although optionally the cutting head can be fitted with vertical blades to cut the slices into smaller pieces. The clean cut and size of the pieces obtained from the block make them suitable for subsequent processing in the mincer. The blocks are loaded manually, although optionally a hydraulically operated loader with a 100 kg load capacity can be fitted, which makes the work easier for the user. The cut product is unloaded directly onto standard 200-litre trolleys.
