Highly efficient cross-web labeler

With their first own cross-web labeler weLABEL, Weber has enhanced their portfolio to integrate the labeling process even better and more seamlessly into Weber solutions. Customers can choose between the weLABEL 5000 as a top web labeler and the weLABEL 5500 as a bottom web labeler. Unlike any other labeler on the market, both labelers are fully integrated in the packaging machine.

The transfer unit of the weLABEL can be so seamlessly integrated into the frame of the Weber wePACK that the components virtually merge into a single unit. The movements of the weLABEL are synchronous with the movements of the wePACK and run completely harmoniously, thanks to fewer moving masses.

The label reel dispenser can be flipped down for easy and ergonomic reloading of label reels. Moreover, the weLABEL is fully integrated into the control system of the Weber packaging lines.
