weACK 4000

Weber Food Technology SE & Co. KG.

Description

Weber has optimally supplemented their own portfolio by now offering a solution for medium performance classes

The wePACK 4000 is the ideal choice especially for full-range product suppliers and food producers who tend to produce smaller batches. During the Anuga FoodTec, Weber presented the compact thermoformer in a configuration for packaging piece goods like meat balls, sausage rings, nuggets or fresh meat and poultry products. As usual in Weber packaging technology, servo technology is also used for the chain drive of the wePACK 4000. Moreover, the new Weber thermoformer is easily accessible increasing ease of service and maintenance work. A highlight in this regard is the quick change system for forming and sealing tools. The upper tool of the wePACK 4000 flips down in one easy motion, making accessing the lower tools is fast and simple.

The thermoformer is particularly suitable for MAP, vacuum, and standard skin applications. It can be used with all types of both rigid and flexible film, which makes the wePACK 4000 an investment that makes sense.

The wePACK 4000 can be fully integrated into Weber line solutions by using the control and operating technology common for all Weber machines.

weSLICE 7500 in efficient Deli line

The new performance slicer offers an unmatched variety of cutting, infeeding and portioning systems with a high performance of up to 1,850 cuts per minute. Top Highlight: Daily several live demonstrations on the booth!

This fact and a slicing shaft measuring 500 mm in width and 220 mm in height make the slicer perfect for a wide range of applications for caliber-consistent products, but even cheese, ham, bacon or special applications like whole muscle and quartering are precisely and efficiently sliced with the weSLICE 7500. Thanks to a new guide system in the infeed area and product guidance, tool changes when switching products are especially simple, safe, and quick. The large variety of product infeed systems is the only one of its kind in the market: Customers can choose between GripnGo, a lane-independent vario product infeed, or ContiFlow infeeding without reloading break, which was developed specifically for use with Flowpack packaging machines.

All systems guarantee that the product is treated extremely gently during the infeeding process while reloading times are very short. In combination with the available performance slicing systems, this guarantees maximum performance and lets operators perfectly configure the slicer for a wide variety of applications. Moreover, the vario technology of the weSLICE 7500, which enables lane-independent product infeeding, contributes to excellent yield with natural products like bacon. Optionally, the infeed module of the slicer can be equipped with a scale function. This lets operators capture the exact weight of all products fed into the line and even determine the line performance with regard to yield.
