Description
- SCHNITZELMASTER uses a new method to tenderise meat. It is called “to master meat”.
- When meat is mastered, the meat fibre is not pressed or squeezed, only expanded.
- You can equally well treat all meats with the SCHNITZELMASTER hand operated machines.
- The SCHNITZELMASTER replaces the traditional meat battering with a mallet.
- International patents protect the method and procedure “mastering”.
