Description

  • SCHNITZELMASTER uses a new method to tenderise meat. It is called “to master meat”.
  • When meat is mastered, the meat fibre is not pressed or squeezed, only expanded.
  • You can equally well treat all meats with the SCHNITZELMASTER hand operated machines.
  • The SCHNITZELMASTER replaces the traditional meat battering with a mallet.
  • International patents protect the method and procedure “mastering”.
