Device produced for automatic thermic processing of smokehouse products including reddening, drying, smoking, cooking, showering, and venting with no other manipulation.
Technologic process of thermal processing is controlled by system thus enabling arbitrary configuration of the sections of the thermal processing of the final product. The cooking chambers are suitable to cook any kind of smokehouse products including meat, poultry, and fish products.Robust construction ensures perfect isolation and long lifetime.Heating source of the chamber can be:
- Electric
- Gas
- Steam
- Or combination of the mentioned sources
The chamber can be equipped with a cooling system, thus ensuring fast cooling of products to the expedient temperature. The control system can control the cooking process using the delta technique (difference of temperature).
