HACCP APP

HACCP-Dokumentation & automatische Temperaturerfassung vollkommen papierlos, einfach digital per Tablet oder Smartphone erledigen. Das geht mit der HACCP APP für Fleischereien und Lebensmitelunternehmen entwickelt von der B&L-MedienGesellschaft in Kooperation mit dem Landesinnungsverband des bayerischen Fleischerhandwerks. Mit der HACCP APP ist das zeitraubende Ausfüllen von Formularen nicht mehr nötig. Alles läuft völlig papierlos und komfortabel über den Touchscreen: Antippen, abhaken und abspeichern.

App-Account einrichten
Bevor es losgehen kann muss der Account einmalig eingerichtet werden. Das geschieht während eines kurzen Videotermins mit einem Service-Mitarbeiter der B&L MedienGesellschaft, ganz bequem über den Browser des eigenen PCs, ist aber auch per Tablet oder sogar Smartphone möglich. Zuerst wird das Hauptgeschäft und ggf. die Filialen angelegt. Dann folgen die Räume und deren Ausstattung (z.B. Boden, Wand, Tische, Regale, Maschinen) sowie die jeweils vorzunehmenden Hygienemaßnahmen mit den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Reinigungsintervallen (täglich, wöchentlich usw.). Die Account-Einrichtung ist intuitiv und geht Dank vorprogrammierter Voreinstellungen schnell von der Hand. Alle Einstellungen können nachträglich auch nochmal individuell angepasst werden.

Mit der automatischen Temperaturerfassung durch Temperaturfühler in beispielsweise Kühlräumen können für die Dokumentation Temperaturen erfasst. Ein Temperaturalarm bei Abweichung von vorgegebenen Sollwerten ist dabei ein kostenloser Service. Die Temperatur wird dann automatisch in die App übertragen.

Automatische Erinnerung der Mitarbeiter
Zu guter Letzt müssen noch die Mitarbeiter als Benutzer angelegt werden. Ihnen können dann die Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten zugewiesen werden. Danach kann sich jeder Mitarbeiter die App herunterladen, meldet sich an und bekommt alle ihm zugewiesenen täglichen sowie zukünftigen Reinigungsmaßnahmen nach Fälligkeit sortiert angezeigt. Er muss sie nur noch nach Erledigung durch kurzes Antippen abhaken. So ist immer genau dokumentiert, wer wann, welche Aufgabe erledigt hat und nichts kann vergessen werden. Die Protokolle werden zentral gespeichert und sind jederzeit abrufbar, selektiert nach z.B. Zeiträumen, Filialen, Mitarbeitern usw. Bei Bedarf können die Dokumentationen als Excel-Dokument ausgegeben oder ausgedruckt werden.

carneo

carneo is the new customer media concept of the German butcher trade. The underlying communi-cation strategy is based on a content-driven modern communication, so-called "content marketing", which conveys brand and product information of the butcher trade not about advertising, but about valuable, editorial content, in form of articles, stories, recipes, pictures, Videos etc.

carneo, the butcher's customer magazine, is published monthly. The magazine depicts the butchery trade and its products in an appealing and aesthetic way, informs, entertains and convinces. An individualization of the magzines can be done with high-quality metal stickers in medal optics with the company logo and, if necessary, contact details that are glued to the booklet.
pplemented by the children's magazine carnelino, which can be distributed as an informative and image-promoting giveaway to the small butchery customers aged 6 to 10 years. It appears 2 times a year and conveys the theme of meat enjoyment and nutrition in a child-friendly way.

Both magazines are part of a broad multimedia concept from print and online media that is used exclusively by member companies of the Fleischer Verband for customer information.
