The SK 500 automatic skinning and derinding machine is a mechanical, electronic and pneumatic machine for the complete elimination of fat and rind of hams, shoulders, speck and similar products. The machine is built with a stainless-steel structure and materials certified for food contact. All components are located in sealed compartments at the top and bottom of the machine, to avoid contact with water and detergents during the daily washing phases. The mechanical parts in contact with the product can be easily removed. The product is placed on the feeding belt of the machine either in manual mode or in automatic mode when it comes from the production line upstream. The derinding stages allow to completely or partially eliminate the products grease or rind according to the recipe pre-selected on the operator panel. The machine removes the rind at the top, bottom and side of the product.
