Fresh Meat Slicer AXY-201CE
Description
This slicer is designed specifically for raw meat and can slice meat at temperatures between
-1℃ and +5℃ into slices of 1mm to 25mm. It can also slice the cut meat in layers (shingling).
This slicer is smaller than the AXY-302.
It cannot be connected to the Weight Control Unit or robot arm.
