This slicer is designed specifically for raw meat and can slice meat at temperatures between
-1℃ and +5℃ into slices between 1mm and 20mm. It can also stack and arrange cut meat in shingles.
If it is equipped with the optional Weight Control Unit, it can shingle meat according to the tray dimensions
and adjust the weight for each tray if registered in advance.
In addition, if it is equipped with a robotic arm, serving on trays can also be automated.
