Description

FABIOS casings type FGR and FGL are ideally suited for the production of raw sausages, durable sausages and ripe sausages produced according to the traditional and modern methods of the meat processing. The durability and flexibility of those casings facilitate homogeneous growth of the desired mold, they dry evenly together with the filling and they ensure a quick ripening process.

FGR/FGL casings are the packaging for sausages, which allows to expose an attractive and natural-look of the cold meats and encourages consumers to purchase.

Casings FGR and FGL are mainly available in natural color (other colors available on individual orders). The wide range of the calibers (ø22 - ø120 mm) and the various methods of packaging (rolls, shirred, perforated, RTU or looped) allows each customer to find an ideal product needed.

APPLICATION:

FABIOS casings FGR and FGL type, are being use in production of small, medium and large raw sausages, durable, matured products and meat products with mold.

Edible collagen casings

Fcase edible collagen casings are a brand new product on the market. Fcase edible casings are mainly intended for the meat industry, for the small and medium diameter products, which shall be consumed together with the casing.A stable calibre combined with strength and elasticity allows for production in all types of stuffing machines. Thanks to its properties, the casing adheres perfectly to the stuffing, ideally blending with the finished products. While eating the sausage, the casing is very delicate and not perceptible.

Many types of straight edible casings guarantee that each user will find the most suitable casing for himself. The casings are intended for sausages with larger pieces of meat, a medium fragmented stuffing, raw stuffing or emulsion. Thanks to the wide product portfolio it is possible to manufacture: cooked or cooked and smoked non dried products (such as: frankfurters, wieners, hot dogs), smoked and dried sausages such as cabanossi, dried sausages and sausages type chorizo, bratwurst. The casings are suitable for raw, unprocessed sausages, dried or intended to be grilled, fried or subjected to high-temperature. A wide range of colors (from white, through various hues of brown to black) guarantees that sausages will gain interesting appearance and will stand out among others.

NEW: Ring edible collagen casings used for products where natural, ring shape of a final product is very important. Ring edible casings type FWJ or EBR are intended for cooked, smoked, dried or grilled sausages. These casings are resistant and flexible, at the same time, they are very easy and efficient in use. The natural color and various hues of brown enable to manufacture different types of sausages.

Ring edible collagen casings are ready to use immediately when removed from the caddy.
