The Precopost cooking and post-cooling systems are semi-continuous systems designed to optimise the processing of products.They avoid unnecessary and laborious displacements of the products from the cooking area to the cooling one, preventing new contaminations, avoiding bacterial proliferation and optimising the production flow with a considerable reduction in the goods handling times.
