STEAM COOKING AND PASTEURIZING OVENS WITH COUNTERPRESSURE.
The new M... HP/CU series ovens generation, developed as results of VERINOX technicians experience, is suitable for steam cooking thermal treatments with counterpressure up to 0,5 bar with productive capacity up to 10 trolleys.

Exceptional rapidity and uniformity of heating up to 110°C is reached thanks to the particular system of steam distribution inside the chamber, the steady construction that guarantees internal overpressure and high thickness insulation that preserves the heat inside the chamber, limiting its dispersions.

The control of the operating cycles in various processing phases is supervised by our personalized PLC (Programmable logic controller) to guarantee the management of all the variable functions. M...HP ovens are suitable for cooking processes or pasteurization of vacuum packed products on trays, mantaining packagings integral without risk of blowing up, deformations or breakings. Moreover, M...HP series ovens can also effect the steam cooking process of the traditional type.
