Recommended for meat applications, with or without heat treatment, such as ground meats (hamburguers, grilled sausage, meatballs,...), dry fermeted sausages and emulsified products (cold cuts, cooked sausages).

Our range of LC products have a high protein content but they are low in collagen (35%).

Our range of chicken proteins includes two different types of products.

On the one hand, a soluble chicken stock (CPS 003), high in protein and collagen. This product is used in many different meat applications and it also acts as a flavor enhancer.

On the other hand, a low collagen chicken protein (CPN 003), due to its low collagen content and its slight thermal reversability, is the ideal product for products consumed warm.
