Our range of chicken proteins includes two different types of products.

On the one hand, a soluble chicken stock (CPS 003), high in protein and collagen. This product is used in many different meat applications and it also acts as a flavor enhancer.

On the other hand, a low collagen chicken protein (CPN 003), due to its low collagen content and its slight thermal reversability, is the ideal product for products consumed warm.

We can provide stocks from the three main species: pork, beef and chicken.

These soluble products are perfect for all kind of applications where you need a slight good meat taste, and at the same time a protein booster.

Dehydrated beef collagen fiber, coming from beef hides. Processed by mechanical and thermal treatment.

Fit for human consumption and recommended for its usage in meat products.

The BCF 90 is very high both in protein and in collagen. Its main benefits are its water binding and gel-forming capacity.

Low collagen dehydrated pork protein in powder, produced from pork raw materials and processed by mechanical and thermal treatment.

Recommended for meat applications, with or without heat treatment, such as ground meats (hamburguers, grilled sausage, meatballs,...), dry fermeted sausages and emulsified products (cold cuts, cooked sausages).

Our range of LC products have a high protein content but they are low in collagen (35%).

Dehydrated pork protein in powder. Produced from pork raw materials and processed by mechanical and thermal treatment.
CC 400 is fit for human consumption and recommended for its usage in meat products such as ground meats, dry fermented sausages, emulsified products and tumbled and reformed products.

CC 400 has a 90% of protein content, and a 70 % of collagen.
