The RAKOBAK I-Line is ideally suited for use in the food industry. Appropriate smoke generators can be selected as needed.

Cooking, baking, cold-smoking, climate-controlled smoking, hot-smoking, steam-smoking, maturing, curing, drying, interval showering – a single unit for all production and processing steps.

The RAKOBAK I-Line is accessible at floor level as standard; the doors are available with right- and left-hand hinges. The unit can be heated electrically, with oil, gas or steam. In addition, all sizes are available with a one-or two-row entranceway.

By using special materials, the insulation at the same time provides full heat protection to guarantee full performance at minimum expenditure of energy. The integrated high-performance fan with a switchable two- or three-stage motor, on request with a frequency converter, ensures even drying and quick heat transfer as well as uniform steam and smoke distribution in the entire chamber.

The automatic self-cleaning system makes sure that the unit operates reliably and smoothly over many years. The RAKOBAK I-Line is equipped as standard with automatic flap control, finely adjustable interval humidification, core-tempering technology and an acoustic end signal.

The OPTIMAL boiling pan boasts an integrated water inlet through direct connection of the unit to the existing water-supply line.

The OPTIMAL boiling pan is heated electrically, via either conventional electric heating or thermal oil. Gas and steam heating are also available as options. The boiler is equipped with a microprocessor control unit, which allows for setting the temperature to the degree. The microprocessor control unit additionally makes it possible to determine the starting, preset and operating time to the minute. The boiler lids come fully insulated as standard. All outside surfaces are also equipped with strong insulation to protect them reliably against loss of heat.

The MIKE boiling pan is available in single or double variants (e.g. also as a combined cooking / cooling unit). Because of its low installation depth of 80 cm, this series is particularly suited for kitchens with confined space.

The compact MIKE boiling pan is heated either directly via air or via a glycerine bath. With heating via a glycerine bath, the food in the boiling pan cannot get burnt. The optionally available infinitely adjustable control of the oil bath temperature by means of a thermostat makes it possible to freely select and set the temperature between 50°C and 180°C. The temperature in the boiler itself can be adjusted infinitely to the degree by means of a digital, computer-operated temperature controller. The microprocessor control unit makes it possible to determine the starting, preset and operating time to the minute.
