Ingredients: Onion, brown sugar, salt, sunflower oil, acetic acid

The raw onion is cut in stripes, cooked on low heat for more than two hours with oil and caramelized with brown sugar. The product is packaged hot in 3kg heat-sealed bags.

Ready to eat or further procssing (fry briefly on griddle or pan) in cold and hot dishes. Already considerably dehydrated.
