Carrot Granulate originates from carrots from the food industry. It’s a co-product released during the processing of food grade carrots.

The carrots are washed or steam peeled and cut. The off-sized shapes or top and bottom pieces are separated and collected. Then sliced, air dried and ground over a 2mm sieve.
