It was from this basic idea that the Hackners developed a unique service model for the food industry. Freezing, storage, packaging, labelling, defrosting to the customer’s desired temperature – CDS Hackner offers its customers all of these services. Controlled by a computer, individual customer requirements – from the frosting to the collection or delivery – are reliably fulfilled.
Freezing. The lowest temperatures and high circulating speeds guarantee short freezing times and therefore absolute freshness with minimal weight loss. We offer you plate freezing or conventional shock freezing: up to 500 tonnes per day.
Storage. CDS stores your frozen food products on computerised sliding shelves with a capacity of 33,000 pallets. Our computerised management control system offers maximum flexibility for your requirements.
