Since then, the company has consistently, imaginatively, practically and innovatively faced the constantly increasing hygiene challenges in the entire food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The floor inlets are used, for example, in the beverage industry, in the dairy industry, the meat industry, in canteen kitchens and in chemical and pharmaceutical companies, which must meet the highest hygienic requirements.

The floor drains adapt perfectly to the floor structure. The angular or square drain edges made of solid stainless steel are particularly suitable for tiled floors. Due to the sharp-edged transition to the joint or mortar material, the risk of tearing off the stainless steel is extremely low. This in turn ensures maximum hygiene by preventing cracks in which bacteria could accumulate.

There are special solutions for all synthetic resin floors based on acrylic, epoxy resin or polyurethane – also in round form.

All variants in the product range are very stable and can also withstand heavy forklift traffic.

The industrial and hygienic floor inlets are optionally available with different flange and silt box variants or additional equipment.

In addition, Wiedemann also supplies inspection openings or floor drains with fire protection, if required.

As an option, the installation can be carried out by Wiedemann.

Thanks to the polished, VA-grain blasted, coated and powder-coated surfaces bacteria and dirt can also hardly settle on the surfaces, which enables hygienic cleaning. To protect against external factors, such as moisture, foreign objects or other environmental effects, the control cabinets are produced with various protection classes as per DIN EN 60529 or DIN 40050 and labelled with the IP mark. The drainage channels comply with the required DIN standards for industry and trade and are selected and produced to meet the needs of the company and levelled, assembled and welded exclusively by Wiedemann's own specialists in order to guarantee the Wiedemann quality.

There are slot channels for smaller or box channels for medium to large quantities of waste water.

Slot channels are fully visible and also available without spacers. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning.

The channels are available in different profile widths, adjusted to the amount of water to be discharged and can also be used as temporary storage.

Sloping on all sides prevents the formation of water puddles in the drainage channel. Thanks to its corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance, stainless steel meets all hygienic requirements.

All channels are available in different load classes. In addition, there are bar grate covers, gratings, plate covers - also in non-slip variant. Sanitary drains and floor trays are optionally available for precise fit. Special solutions such as disinfection pass through basins or large drain traps for corks, glass and labels are part of Wiedemann's comprehensive range.
