Protection for corners and walls

Wherever doors, door frames and corners, lightweight walls such as panel walls in commercial and public buildings need to be protected, Wiedemann-Technik offers the right, precisely fitting and, if desired, individually manufactured solution. In addition to their protective function, the crash guard and edge protection systems made of high-quality stainless steel also impress with their optical perfection with smoothened surfaces. Internal wall anchors ensure a secure connection.

As standard, the crash guard is manufactured with an angled chamfer and vertical floor section. For edge protection you can choose between exterior and interior corners. The perforated strips used can be inside corner and outside corner.

The crash guards are installed exclusively by the company's own fitters. If desired, they can also level, set and weld them.

Thanks to the polished, VA-grain blasted, coated and powder-coated surfaces bacteria and dirt can also hardly settle on the surfaces, which enables hygienic cleaning. To protect against external factors, such as moisture, foreign objects or other environmental effects, the control cabinets are produced with various protection classes as per DIN EN 60529 or DIN 40050 and labelled with the IP mark. Appropriate sealing systems are an integral part.  All the control cabinets are tailor-made to suit the intended purpose. There are slot channels for smaller or box channels for medium to large quantities of waste water.

Slot channels are fully visible and also available without spacers. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning.

The channels are available in different profile widths, adjusted to the amount of water to be discharged and can also be used as temporary storage.

Sloping on all sides prevents the formation of water puddles in the drainage channel. Thanks to its corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance, stainless steel meets all hygienic requirements.

All channels are available in different load classes. In addition, there are bar grate covers, gratings, plate covers - also in non-slip variant. Sanitary drains and floor trays are optionally available for precise fit. Special solutions such as disinfection pass through basins or large drain traps for corks, glass and labels are part of Wiedemann's comprehensive range.
