The AIRMASTER® BKQ AIRJET is a high-performance system for cooking, steaming, boiling, baking and roasting for process temperatures up to +300 °C. It works based on the unique REICH cross-flow principle, with horizontal, alternating airflow. This ensures the highest possible performance and short process times, with optimal uniformity and product quality. This system was specially developed for products in closed trays, on sheets or on grates. Thanks to its high air circulation and heating capacity, it can deliver production capacities far above normal quantities.

The large variety of available processes makes this system an optimal, first-class alternative to combination steamers, however, in an industrial scale. BKQ systems are available as single or dual trolley systems.
