This station is ideal for vacuum-sealing a variety of food products such as fillings, meat, cheese, and agricultural goods. With our Poultry Vacuum Packing Table, air is removed from protein and natural casings, bags, and many other packaging materials sealed with aluminum clips. The vacuum packaging table is specifically designed for use with BECK CLIP SYSTEMS tabletop single and double clippers but can also be combined with other clipper models. The flexible BCS-PPT system is perfectly suited for small-scale production facilities, butcher shops, dairies, bakeries, and agricultural businesses.

The semi-automatic double clipper BCS-700SMD features an integrated touch control panel and can be mechanically linked to any filler. The device is particularly suitable for sealing sausage products with a caliber range of 30 to 140 mm (1.18" to 5.51").

The semi-automatic MAGA® Meat Press takes the manual labour out of tenderising meat for dishes such as roulades, chops, steaks, schnitzel and burgers, gently and evenly pressing the meat pieces to pre-set thicknesses of between 0.5 and 30 mm, leaving them tender and succulent. It can also be used for forming vegetarian burgers and pizza doughballs.

With a throughput of 800 portions per hour, the device is used to automate and optimise processes in the food industry, large-scale gastronomic sector and catering operations.

Additionally, a wax coating on the ends protects even delicate materials.
