This line is suitable for cleaning hog and sheep intestines. It is composed of multiple working units with adjustable rollers of variable length, which empty the intestine of manure and mucosa. The mucosa will be collected in a chute and diverted to the side of the machine.

At the end of the working cycle, the runners will be clean and ready to be soaked in cold water or salted.

The machine is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel and is supplied with an electric control panel encased into a stainless-steel cabinet with low tension 24 V control push-buttons. The rollers are made of rubber with stainless steel fittings and shafts.

This unit is designed to split the omasums in half or to cut off the crown for green omasums. The stainless-steel vertebra belt conveyor runs continuously, bringing the omasum upwards towards the circular rotating blade. After the omasum is split, it falls towards the discharge opening, exiting directly into a bin or trolley. The unit can be installed directly in front of our Centrifuge Washer (mod. P), and with a safety barrier surrounding the discharge hatch and the lifter it can be operated as a fully automatic inline system. The unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet and low-tension 24 V push buttons.
