This machine is used as a filtration system for waste water generated in gut rooms. It can be paired with our centrifuge lines or with our casing processing lines.

The fatty water is pumped to the unit and enters from the rear side. It passes through a symmetrical drum screen where the large solids are separated from the water. The solids are expelled from the front side of the unit, while the filtered water is recovered in a holding tank under the drum screen. The accumulated water can be pumped back to the processing machines and reused.

The unit and structure are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The unit includes the holding tank, the pumps to return the water to the centrifuge machine, overflow pipes and the electrical control panel.

This line is suitable for refining, washing and peeling (whitening) the internal part of the cattle’s omasums as well as cattle and sheep tripe. The centrifuge is made of AISI304 stainless steel. This model is equipped with a pneumatic discharge door and the system for opening the upper chamber ideal for internal cleaning required by HACCP. The loading of the product is performed by a bin lifter. The unit is equipped with a stainless-steel electrical cabinet with low tension 24 V push-buttons. The type of the panel can be selected by the client which ranges from a Start/Stop to a Fully Automatic panel.

This unit is designed to split the omasums in half or to cut off the crown for green omasums. The stainless-steel vertebra belt conveyor runs continuously, bringing the omasum upwards towards the circular rotating blade. After the omasum is split, it falls towards the discharge opening, exiting directly into a bin or trolley. The unit can be installed directly in front of our Centrifuge Washer (mod. P), and with a safety barrier surrounding the discharge hatch and the lifter it can be operated as a fully automatic inline system. The unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet and low-tension 24 V push buttons.

This line is suitable for cleaning hog and sheep intestines. It is composed of multiple working units with adjustable rollers of variable length, which empty the intestine of manure and mucosa. The mucosa will be collected in a chute and diverted to the side of the machine.

At the end of the working cycle, the runners will be clean and ready to be soaked in cold water or salted.

The machine is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel and is supplied with an electric control panel encased into a stainless-steel cabinet with low tension 24 V control push-buttons. The rollers are made of rubber with stainless steel fittings and shafts.
