The Micvac FlexProcess™ microwave tunnel is designed for optimal in-pack cooking and pasteurization of ready-to-eat products.

The microwave tunnel consists of four functional components. The first is the infeeder, ensuring proper package alignment. The second is the microwave modules themselves. The third component is the vent hole puncture apparatus, and the final component is the valve application unit where the valves to seal the packages are applied.
