DEL/SYNC

Trade fair innovation

Description

DEL/SYNC is a positively driven conveyor belt that combines the advantages of a conveyor belt and a timing belt. DEL/SYNC offers excellent guidance and allows a precise positioning of transported products.

The DEL/SYNC conveyor belt can be reinforced with aramid fibers that eliminate the elongation.

DEL/SYNC is produced as standard with a perfectly smooth, hygienic surface that facilitates easy and thorough cleaning.

The DEL/SYNC range of conveyor belts can be supplied in different variants that offer specific characteristics according to need. Such variations include reinforcements, surface embossing, hardnesses etc.

Custom shaped cleats can be fitted to the belt to ensure excellent location of transported products.

A molded studded surface is possible on request.

Constructed in durable polyurethane, DEL/SYNC conveyor belts have either a smooth upper surface, or a molded studded surface (on request).

DEL/SYNC synchronous positive drive conveyor belts, allow extremely precise movement of transported products. The aramid cord reinforced version has a very high resistance to elongation.

DEL/SYNC is compliant with the most stringent standards, and contributes to HACCP requirements.

Round belt range

Mafdel develops a wide range of thermoweldable belts for industrial goods handling.

Its food range complies with the strictest standards and contributes to HACCP requirements.

Made of polyurethane or elastomer polyester, Mafdel’s round belts range has optimal characteristics for the food industry:

  • Ease of use: Quick and efficient on-site welding, without the dismantling of the conveyors. The speed and ease of the joining procedure guarantees shorter periods of down-time.
  • Maximum hygiene level: All belts of the range are rot-resistant and waterproof. Mafdel PU round belts have excellent water, oil and grease resistance. They are also available in food approved format.
  • Wide range of products: The round belt range of belts can be supplied in different types that offer specific characteristics according to need. Such variations include hardness, material, reinforcement etc.
  • Highly resistant: High resistance to wear and abrasion, to hydrocarbons and solvents.

Mafdel has a wide range of thermoweldable belts to meet most needs:

  • Reinforced round belts:

Polyurethane round belts can be reinforced by aramid cords, and the reinforcement of polyester belts are made with polyester cords.

Reinforcement eliminates problematic belt elongation, and increases the traction force.

Reinforced round belts are particularly suitable for transfer of heavy loads or for long conveyor centres. Reinforced round belts are suitable for accumulation and full-load starts.

  • Frosted round belts:

Round belts can be frosted from diameter 6 to 18mm.

Frosting decreases the friction coefficient and improves the sliding effect of the belt. Product accumulation is possible.

  • Endless round belts:

Mafdel manufactures endless round belts on demand for small, medium or large series. They are particularly suitable for shaft to roller driving (live roller), or roller to roller driving.

  • Tubular round belts:

Tubular round belts are an effective solution where thermowelding is not possible. A simple joining plug is supplied to join the belt and this can also be reused if necessary. This style of belt is available in various diameters.

Tubular belts are an optimal solution for frequent assembly or disassembly.

Mafdel’s technicians are available to discuss applications and propose appropriate solutions. Bespoke products can also be created subject to certain terms and conditions.

Constructed in polyurethane or elastomer polyester, round belts from Mafdel’s range are exclusively monomaterial and thermoweldable.

They can be welded on-site without dismantling, or joined with fasteners for tubular belts.

Available in different hardnesses, belts can be reinforced and/or frosted to meet the most of needs.

POSITIVEBELT

POSITIVEBELT positively driven conveyor belts offer exceptional tracking guidance thanks to the configuration of the double drive teeth which sit either side of each sprocket.

Compliant with the most stringent hygiene standards, POSITIVEBELT is optimised for use in food applications.

POSITIVEBELT’s perfectly smooth upper surface is easily cleaned and durable satisfying the most stringent of hygiene regimes.

POSITIVEBELT comes in a number of variants to meet different application demands:

POSITIVEBELT PO1 conveyor belts for applications requiring higher surface adhesion or small sprocket diameters.

This version can be reinforced with aramid fibers, creating higher load capacity, even on narrower widths.

A molded studded surface is also available by request.

POSITIVEBELT PO2 conveyor belts: The self-tracking positive drive

The double rows of teeth on the bottom (drive side) provide perfect belt tracking which eliminates the possibility of frayed edges and material contamination.

POSITIVEBELT has a high abrasion and cut resistance, ensuring prolonged service life.

POSITIVEBELT can be infused with an antimicrobial treatment to optimize hygiene levels.

This treatment is designed for food industry applications as it inhibits the propagation of bacteria, and consequently improves food safety. It also reduces the odours that are associated with bacterial presence.

The entire POSITIVEBELT range can be equipped with cleats and sidewalls to meet different application requirements.

Constructed in durable polyurethane or elastomer polyester, POSITIVEBELT conveyor belts have a smooth upper surface (or embossed on request).

POSITIVEBELT combines the advantages of modular belts and monomaterial conveyor belts. This allows the highest levels of hygiene possible from any conveyor belt yet eliminates the risk of slippage, even in greasy and humid environments.

The driving force is transmitted by sprockets mounted on square shaft, or alternatively on a drive drum fitted with drive rings. They can also be mounted on other shafts with special adapters.

The idler shaft is fitted with disks. Wheels can be added between sprockets and disks, appropriate to the loads transported.

POSITIVEBELT is fitted without tension. This reduces stress on conveyor’s mechanical components which results in a conveyor that lasts longer.

Positively driven conveyor belts combine the advantages of modular belts and monomaterial conveyor belts.
