holac is presenting a series of innovative cutting machines that are specially designed for the processing of meat alternatives. This enables food producers to master the special challenges involved in manufacturing these products.

The product developers at holac also attached great importance to designing the new machines for the special conditions in the production of meat alternatives: The machines can cope with high temperatures and heavy loads just as easily as with the different properties of vegetarian and vegan products.

Food manufacturers are thus able to produce a wide range of meat alternative products with just one machine - including plant-based chicken chunks and pulled pork, cubes of all sizes, as well as kebabs and gyros.

At the IFFA we will be presenting the Maxx 200 HMT for the first time, which was specially developed for processing meat substitutes.
