Henkelman has integrated its automatic lid in the Polar double chamber models 2-85 and 2-95. This option includes a foot pedal to enable semi-automatic operation. The automatic lid is only available on new models. For a demonstration, visit the Henkelman booth at IFFA 2019, C16 in Hall 11.

Ergonomics

Compared to the standard models of the Polar series, operators experience a huge ergonomic advantage with the automatic lid. Less weight has to be lifted, so production employees are no longer physically overloaded when operating the vacuum packaging machine. This not only improves the working conditions of individual operators, it also has a positive effect on HR management in terms of reduced sick leave and a healthier, more productive workforce. Furthermore, from an operational perspective, preset packaging cycle times guarantee a constant and high production output.

Safety

Operational safety has also been increased. Henkelman’s R&D department has integrated a sensor that activates the emergency stop in case of entrapment. Through this innovative addition, a safe working environment and the highest protection levels are guaranteed during the complete vacuum packaging process.

The automatic lid is an option on Henkelman's standard models Polar 2-85 and Polar 2-95. It's only available on new machines.

The Henkelman Marlin 50 is a full-fledged floor model with matching capacity but with the convenience of a tabletop model. It simply operates on 1 phase - 230 V so it is a matter of plug-and-play. The pump in this machine only runs when the machine is in a vacuum cycle so you do not experience a constant machine noise in your workspace. This also saves on your energy costs.

The Marlin 50 can be equipped with various opti ons. So you can tailor your machine to suit your specifi c needs. A number of options can even be added aft er you have taken the machine into service.

Elegant Dutch Design

This vacuum-packing machine has been designed not only to be extremely user friendly, but also to be a feast for the eyes.
