The Aero is equipped with a 3-program memory that can be adjusted to suit your needs. The sensor control on this machine also ensures an efficient and consistent result. This makes it easy for anyone to operate this vacuuming machine.

The Aero is something to be seen. This model really comes into its own in open kitchens or behind the counter. The choice of material as well as the rounded corners and the seamless joins between the different parts ensure that the Aero is easy to clean.

Renewed hinge system

The hinge system of the Aero slowly lowers together with the lid. This prevents possible catching and ensures that the lid is never under tension. This results in minimized wear, which lengthens the Aero’s lifespan.

Boxer vacuum packaging machines ensure an easy and secure vacuum packaging process. With the unique possibility to store your settings in the 10 program memory, standard on every Boxer.

Henkelman has integrated its automatic lid in the Polar double chamber models 2-85 and 2-95. This option includes a foot pedal to enable semi-automatic operation. The automatic lid is only available on new models. For a demonstration, visit the Henkelman booth at IFFA 2019, C16 in Hall 11.

Ergonomics

Compared to the standard models of the Polar series, operators experience a huge ergonomic advantage with the automatic lid. Less weight has to be lifted, so production employees are no longer physically overloaded when operating the vacuum packaging machine. This not only improves the working conditions of individual operators, it also has a positive effect on HR management in terms of reduced sick leave and a healthier, more productive workforce. Furthermore, from an operational perspective, preset packaging cycle times guarantee a constant and high production output.

Safety

Operational safety has also been increased. Henkelman’s R&D department has integrated a sensor that activates the emergency stop in case of entrapment. Through this innovative addition, a safe working environment and the highest protection levels are guaranteed during the complete vacuum packaging process.

Option

The automatic lid is an option on Henkelman's standard models Polar 2-85 and Polar 2-95. It's only available on new machines.

Because one thing is clear: this innovative user interface makes packaging easier than ever.

Elegant Dutch Design

This vacuum-packing machine has been designed not only to be extremely user friendly, but also to be a feast for the eyes. The beautiful rounded corners and the large, integrated H-touch control panel look great in open kitchens or shops. Partly due to the seamless transition between (inner) chamber and outer casing, this model is easy to keep clean in accordance with hygiene standards. This Henkelman table model is also designed to be connected (at a later date) to a gas flushing system or label printer if required.
