The CLB Lin is a basic device which is used in combination with DM92, DM60 / 2 or FTDM for the automatic portioning and forming of products. Among other possibilities meat products in various forms can be formed by using the low pressure technique. The special feature is the linear technology used, which allows the knives to be positioned freely, speed and acceleration are adjustable and the power can be programmed.

The modular construction allows a combination with DM92 for the production of hamburgers, balls, Cevapcici and more in one line, while with DM60/2 or FTDM hamburgers or balls can be produced in 2 or 4 lines.

The lines are therefore combined of the basic machine CLB Lin and the attachment double blade forming head DM 92 or double filling head 60/2 or filling flow divider with double blade 162/4.The products formed and cut with the attachment can still be changed in form by help of the forming belt installed on the CLB or the stamping roll.

The portioning performance of the DM92 is upto 250 port. / min, with DM60/2 upto 440 port. /min and with FTDM upto 1000 port. /min.

The transporting belt has a width of 300mm. The belt and forming systems can be sprayed with water. The lines can optionally be combined with paper interleave systems, stackers or check weigher systems.
