Born in the early 2000s for the creation of ingredients dedicated to fresh ready-to-eat dishes, Pagani Chef is the division of Fratelli Pagani Spa that is addressed to butchers, gastronomies, fish shops and the entire ho.re.ca. sector. Innovative solutions created to satisfy a constantly evolving food consumption and to support the production of ready-to-eat dishes that reflect the standards of the Italian tradition of good nutrition and that are combined with the different international culinary traditions. The on-site technical assistance and the continuous training courses at the official distributors, all over the World, complete the Pagani Chef services.
