SuperPAK ST casings - Sterilisation casings

Sterilisation casings are a suitable solution for pet food – wet food. SuperPAK ST casings have special heat resistance parameters, which allow the shelf life to be prolonged through heat treatment by sterilisation.

These casings are offered with UV flexo printing with up to 10 colours.

ExtraPAK are films and laminates on which flexographic printing is possible. The individual constructions may vary, and each one is adapted to the product being packaged by our technologist.

CrystalPAK, CrystalPAK Slim: Film for cooking, pasteurization and sterilization

CrystalPAK and CrystalPAK Slim – cooking, pasteurisation and sterilisation films are produced using the innovative Water Quench technology, i.e. water is used instead of air during the film cooling process. Thanks to this technology, the multilayer films produced are characterised by a high gloss, very high transparency and almost unparalleled physical properties in terms of tensile strength and puncture resistance.

CrystalPAK and CrystalPAK Slim are designed for packaging the following products:

• Meat packaging, bone-in meat packaging (extremely puncture-resistant film)

• Seafood packaging, fish packaging

• Cheese packaging

• Packaging of heat-processed products (e.g. cooked vegetables)

GlossPAK, GlossPAK Slim: Film for thermoforming line for vacuum and in MAP packaging

Films for thermoforming, vacuum packaging and MAP are produced using the innovative Water Quench technology, i.e. the film is cooled by water instead of air during production. Thanks to this technology, the multilayer films are characterised by high gloss, very high transparency and outstanding physical properties in terms of stretch and puncture resistance.
