The single shaft CombiBreaker Mini Titan is developed for small to mid-size production equipped with a 18,5 kW motor as standard.

The smart crushing shaft technology reduces power consumption and guarantees a smooth crushing or breaking cut - with capacity even up to 5 ton/hour!

The infeed hopper is 950 x 700 mm, operation area 800 x 410 mm as standard - other measures are tailor-made upon request.

The outfeed particle size is approx. 100 x 80 mm (frozen blocks) and approx 100 x 50 mm (bones)

The Vertical Plate Freezer bulk freezes in one easy operation. Ideal for block freezing whole fish, fillets, animal by-products, bulk fruits and vegetables, all systems are fully adaptable for freezing liquids.

Products are simply placed or poured into vertical pockets between aluminium freezing plates. After freezing, the blocks can be unloaded by mechanical means onto a conveyor system or palletiser or manually straight onto pallets. Within minutes the cycle can begin again.
