Edible casings made from water-soluble polysaccharides. These casings are suitable for vegan and vegetarian applications as well as chicken, fish, Kosher and halal products. Vegan casings can be processed on industry standard stuffing machines.

The casings are characterised by very good sensory properties and they are allergen free. A variety of calibers is available.
