Load: Two different loading positions: normal and ergonomic with reduced loading height of 108 cm. Hinged back board to ease loading.

Mince: slide open the gate, which separates the worm from the bowl and one is ready to mince. The exposed extended feed screw will push the meat through quickly and cleanly.

Reload: close the gate to seal the bowl and load the recently minced meat ready for mixing.

Season: one can simple mix and re-mince the different meats previously minced (lean and fat) or add seasoning for a sausage or burger mix.

Mix: It mixes the product in both directions so as to assure a perfect mix. The bowl will have the gate closed ensuring no ingredients or water is lost during the mixing cycle.
