Dat-Schaub A/S, the parent company, has been in the hog casing business since 1893 and several of its subsidiaries have a long history in the business, too.
The Group sources and processes its raw material in Europe, Latin America, and the USA. The machinery and production methods are state-of-the-art, and our products are of the highest level of quality.
The calibration and selection of casings are carried out at the Group's own sites.
DAT-Schaub Group is also a key player within the sheep casing business worldwide and the Group mainly sources its raw material from Australia and New Zealand.
