Coctio AiOS is purpose-built to include every essential function for the industrial production of premium stocks and broths from animal bones. All key processes are automated, keeping supervision to a minimum.
All-in-One System
The unit includes everything required for industrial stock and broth production, such as:
- Ingredient loading system
- Steam-jacketed closed cooking system
- Filtration
- Stock/broth extraction and storage
- Fat extraction
- Cooked ingredient removal
- Cleaning-in-place (CIP) system
Automated for Consistency and Efficiency
Comprehensive automation manages the cooking, extraction, and washing processes. By strictly following preset recipe parameters, each batch of stock maintains a uniform quality. Thanks to this automation, only 1 operator is needed to load and unload ingredients during batch changes—making it remarkably easy to run.
Quick, Straightforward Installation
Constructed and tested off-site, the unit ships in three parts that are swiftly joined on-site within a few days. Once in place, it simply needs connection to the necessary utilities.
Small Footprint, Big Capacity
Occupying just 40 m², the system processes 800–1600 tons of bones per year, producing 1.5 –2.7 million liters of natural liquid stock/bone broth annually.
