1 - Easy to maintain : There are no springs to make the balance of the sharpening bars

2 - Blade Guide : There is a blade guide in stainless steel, to follow perfectly the knife through the operation.

The key point is that we keep the perfect angle while sharpening the knives.

3- Modular : The Sharp’Easy can be used either :

* manually/ there is a plastic hand-guard ensuring total safety for the butcher sharpening his knife.

* fixed on a table/ the product is delivered with a bracket to fix on a table.
