The innovative design allows the blades to be changed particularly quickly and without tools, significantly reduces cleaning work and ensures maximum process reliability. • ASTOR manufactures chopper and dicer blades suitable for machines of well-known manufacturers such as HOLAC, TREIF, RÜHLE, EMSENS, NEMATEC, MHS, HERLITZIUS, NEMATEC, GRASSELLI etc.
• The range of application varies from processing of meat and vegetables to bakery products.
• Different cutting edges, serrations and coatings also belong to our manufacturing program
• We produce not only standard blades, but also take special orders according to your specifications. Please contact us!

• ASTOR produces Slicer blades for machines of well-known manufacturers, such as WEBER, SCHINDLER & WAGNER, THURNE, TREIF etc
• Our product range includes various custom types of serration and edge geometries (straight, convex, concave, fine and special serration) as well as different coatings for all kinds of applications.
• Our Service:
  • Regrinding service including coating and serration (tooth by tooth)
  • Maintenance of allegedly defective blades after appraisal

• Blades with diameter from 75 to 750 mm are included in our production program.
• Cutting edges can be produced in a variety of shapes, e.g. with slots, serrations or with wavy edge.
• Surface treatment, e.g. electrolytical polishing, and different coatings such as teflon, hard chrome and others are possible.
