• ASTOR produces Slicer blades for machines of well-known manufacturers, such as WEBER, SCHINDLER & WAGNER, THURNE, TREIF etc
• Our product range includes various custom types of serration and edge geometries (straight, convex, concave, fine and special serration) as well as different coatings for all kinds of applications.
• Our Service:
  • Regrinding service including coating and serration (tooth by tooth)
  • Maintenance of allegedly defective blades after appraisal
• ASTOR is a partner for development as well: Innovations and further development of products according to your requirements, based on our experience and technological capabilities

• We manufacture bowl cutter blades made of special high quality rust-resistant steel
• Suitable for bowl cutters made by ALPINA, BIBUN, KILIA, GEA, LASKA, MADO, NOWICKI, SEYDELMANN and other well-known manufacturers

• Blades with diameter from 75 to 750 mm are included in our production program.
• Cutting edges can be produced in a variety of shapes, e.g. with slots, serrations or with wavy edge.
• Surface treatment, e.g. electrolytical polishing, and different coatings such as teflon, hard chrome and others are possible.
