Volta Belting’s food-grade conveyor belting is manufactured from homogeneous Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) to give an excellent contact surface for raw, cooked and frozen foodstuffs. The RoundFlex™ Lace is a connector that allows you to easily open the belt by taking out the pin, clean or service the conveyor, reinstall the belt and close the lace with a new pin. Volta belts are renowned for their hygienic and homogeneous characteristics and therefore, do not require opening and closing on a regular basis – unlike modular belts.

Our new DR family belts have excellent hydrolysis resistant properties.
Specially recommended for applications where there are harsh cleaning and disinfecting protocols in place.

Hydrolysis resistance:
A. Increased resistance to a variety of oils, chemicals and humidity, extends belt life in many applications

Volta Belting’s SuperDrive™ system presents a homogeneous Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) positive drive conveyor belt with two parallel rows of extruded teeth on the underside of the belting material. The teeth engage in a toothed drive sprocket that drives the belt with little or no pretensioning to prevent off-tracking.
