A great feature available on Thompson 5000 Mixer Mincer / Grinder is the bowl discharge chute. This is a pneumatically controlled discharge flap on the end of the bowl allows the unloading of all products contained in the bowl without having to go through mincing head.

Thompson 5000, 5500, 5600, 51000 Mixer Mincers/ Grinders have hopper capacity ranging between 900 L to 1,500 L providing mix batch capacities of 500 kg to 1,000 kg.

End Chute Discharge option is available to allow product discharge without going through mincing head.

92000 Series Mixer Mincer / Grinder incorporates 170 mm diameter Feedscrew with “HECS” High Efficiency Cutting Systems Options increasing Feedscrew to 250 mm diameter increasing production capacity up to 24,000 kg/hr on 1st cut and up to 13,000 kg/hr (225 kg/min) through 5 mm hole plate on 2nd cut.

Optional cutting systems include U200 & 280 Unger, “66” and 11" Enterprise.
