A great feature available on Thompson 5000 Mixer Mincer / Grinder is the bowl discharge chute. This is a pneumatically controlled discharge flap on the end of the bowl allows the unloading of all products contained in the bowl without having to go through mincing head.

170mm diameter standard Feedscrew provides production capabilities of up to 20,000 kg/hr on 1st cut and up to 12,000 kg/hr (200 kg/min) on 2nd cut.
