Description

Thompson 5000, 5500, 5600, 51000 Mixer Mincers/ Grinders have hopper capacity ranging between 900 L to 1,500 L providing mix batch capacities of 500 kg to 1,000 kg.

Multiple mixing paddle options available for various product mixing.

5000 Series Twin Paddle Reinforced Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel Overlapping Paddle Systems produce thorough homogenous mixing of product in all areas of the hopper / bowl.

The patented “HECS” High Efficiency Cutting Systems can produce up to 8,000 kg/hr on 1st cut and up to 7,500 kg/hr (125 kg/min) through 4 mm hole plate on 2nd cut.

End Chute Discharge option is available to allow product discharge without going through mincing head.

Our advanced control system is continuously looking out for contact between the operators’ skin and the saw blade, even when not in direct line of sight on our GloveCheck™ system. The innovative sensing system can distinguish the difference between human flesh and the product being processed. It is this sensing system, paired with the fastest stopping time on the market, which makes it possible for the operator to walk away from an incident with a minor cut rather than a serious amputation.

If our GloveCheck™ system is considered as the equivalent of a “seat-belt”, our Body-Sensing system can be considered equivalent to an “airbag”.
