Description

The ‌spiral freezer‌ is an industrial refrigeration device designed for rapid freezing of food products through a continuous spiral conveyor system‌. It rapidly reduces product temperatures to -18°C or lower, effectively preserving food quality and extending shelf life‌. The low-tension Spiral freezer with double drums produced by Square Technology is applicable to individual quick frozen of granulated and small-piece food, large-sized frozen food, such as the prepared meals, whole chicken and fish. It combines efficiency with compact design, making it essential in large-scale food processing. Double drum spiral freezer positions infeed and outfeed at low, making it convenient for operation and better matching the production lines of customers.

Fryer

The industrial fryer is a high-capacity, automated system designed for continuous or batch frying of food products using hot oil immersion. It is optimized for large-scale food processing. The products are fed onto the feeding conveyor first, and then transferred by the Teflon belt conveyor. Once crust is formed at the bottom of the product, they will continue to travel to the stainless steel belt for further frying until they are fried to desired temperature. The thermal oil flow is regulated by the PID control to compensate the cooking oil heat loss during frying process. The cooking oil temperature is precisely controlled in a fluctuation range of +/-1℃ only. With the PID control, the thermal oil flows inside the tube heat exchangers in the fryer body. The heat from the thermal fluid oil heat up the cooking oil until it reaches the set point.

Fluidized bed freezer

The fluidized bed freezer is a rapid-freezing system that suspends food items on a bed of cold, high-velocity air, creating a "fluidized" state for uniform heat transfer and minimized ice crystal formation‌. Widely used in industrial food processing, it ensures quick freezing while preserving texture, flavor, and nutritional integrity‌ of foods such as strawberries, blueberries, diced meat, peas, beans, French fries and so on. Square Technology Group Co., Ltd. is honored to be the co-drafter of the China National Standard of the fluidized bed freezer. Tunnel freezer

The tunnel freezer is suitable for quickly freezing granular, diced, flat food and other foods which requires good appearance after freezing such as shrimps, fish fillets, meat burgers etc. The tunnel freezer utilize high velocity air jets direct their force at the top and bottom of a food product to remove the air, or thermal barrier, surrounding the product surface. Once this barrier or layer of heat is removed it allows for faster freezing of the product. This operation helps to reduce processing times considerably, giving freezing times similar to those provided by cryogenic equipment. In addition, operating costs are similar to those of traditional mechanical equipment.

Square’s spiral oven is a hot-air cooking system that can be used to cook or grill a wide variety of products. The products get the color, bite and flavor you want by using it. The spiral oven can handle an unlimited number of combinations of air temperature, humidity and speed. Mixed air flow delivers continuous uniform cooking across all belts for faster cooking. Available in single or twin drum configurations, the spiral oven is built to suit your unique product requirements. Two spiral areas are individually controlled for temperature and humidity, and the PID program regulates temperature and humidity in time precisely. The spiral oven is equipped a CIP(cleaning-in-place) system including a belt washer. The cleaning nozzles cover all inside area, and the cleaning process can be carried out automatically or manually per PLC program. PLC touch screen control system has friendly interface and easy to operate. Real-time oven status and detect temperature of each area, fault alarms. Pre-set cooking program for different product. Remote internet module is optional.
