The products are fed onto the feeding conveyor first, and then transferred by the Teflon belt conveyor. Once crust is formed at the bottom of the product, they will continue to travel to the stainless steel belt for further frying until they are fried to desired temperature. The thermal oil flow is regulated by the PID control to compensate the cooking oil heat loss during frying process. The cooking oil temperature is precisely controlled in a fluctuation range of +/-1℃ only. With the PID control, the thermal oil flows inside the tube heat exchangers in the fryer body. The heat from the thermal fluid oil heat up the cooking oil until it reaches the set point.
