The BDS™ primarily measures the actual bulk density in all kinds of dry products. The dry product can be both hot or cold and for example pelleted, extruded, or powdered products. The BDS™ is placed at key stages of your production line, where the fully automatic technology eliminates manual resources for sampling and measuring. The analyzed product stays untouched and can be returned to your product flow. This way you avoid wasting product.

With a high frequency of analysis every minute, you can eliminate weight inconsistency problems. Your product weight stays under control all the way to the end of the line, eliminating over- or under-filled bags.

• Visual product control is also a possibility with the addition of a camera sensor and collection of images for manual inspection. This enables sizing control.
