Complete line solution

The minced meat portioning range developed by REX is designed to meet industrial requirements. The modular system is quickly and easily adapted to a customer's specific requirements. This makes the REX minced meat line a most cost-effective line solution, while improving product quality.

The final perforated disc in the MC 3-3 is adapted individually to the end customer’s mould size. Product widths range from 60 to 220 mm with a very wide selection of final granulation grades. A special final perforated disc can be used to portion multiple rows of Cevapcici on paper, for example.

The precutting process is extremely important in the production of minced meat. The pre-cut charge is exactly portioned by the filling machine and then given its final granulation grade and product size in the meat filler mincer MC 3-1 and MC 3-3. The ability to adjust the drive speed of the filling mincer separately ensures a perfect cut.

The independent servo drive of the filling mincer, set and monitored via the touchscreen controls of the filling machine, makes it possible to adjust the cutting speed appropriate to the respective portion size. The minced meat portioner RHP 240 completes the line. It is linked to the filling machine and attached to the minced meat filling mincer MC 3-3. In that way, it conveys the processed product flow and cuts portions exactly to size, resulting in a very high level of product precision. The speed of the two independently operating conveyor belts can easily be adjusted to the product flow.

            AKS 65M - Industrial sausage production

            Fully automatic casing change for all artificial and collagen casings

            The linking and hanging technology from REX-Technologie stands for maximum flexibility. The process solution is innovative with the highest productivity and flexibility for all sausages. Regardless of whether you are processing natural, synthetic or collagen casings, the hanging systems fill with exact portions at maximum speed.

            The filling process is carried out via the REX vacuum filler. The product is gently conveyed via the vane cell conveyor and the residual air is evacuated to the maximum. This provides the basis for the product quality of your sausages.

            The AKS 65M in combination with the RHS 330 hanging system is perfectly matched for fully automatic sausage production. The casing caterpillars are automatically loaded onto the linking tube via the casing magazine. The turret technology equipped with 3 linking tubes guarantees a casing change in less than 2 seconds.

            Displacement system defines the portion length

            The continuously running vacuum filler fills the product into the casing. The displacement system defines the exact calibration point and, in conjunction with the highly dynamic REX servo drive, ensures an equal length and maximum production output. Piece counts of over 2,500 pieces/minute are possible with artificial and collagen casings and up to 1,000 portions/minute with natural casings - always depending on the respective sausage length and diameter.

            Calibration belts ensure exact lengths

            The two calibration belts according to the displacer system round off the concept. They can be easily adjusted to the caliber range by turning the two adjustment screws. This always ensures flexible use for all casing types with different casing diameters. In addition, set-up times are reduced to a minimum. The traversing movement and belt speed are automatically regulated by the easy to use touch screen system on the vacuum filler.

            RHS 330 - makes hanging easy

            The AKS 65 transfers the twisted sausage chain directly onto the hooks of the RHS 330. Regardless of whether the sausage chain is curved or straight, the calibration belts from the AKS transfer the twisting point exactly onto the hook. The number of pieces per "loop" on the hook as well as the groups are set and stored in the product program of the vacuum filler. The narrow pitch (grid) of the catch hooks guarantees maximum loading on the smoke stick and thus also in the smoking and cooking system.

            The RHS 330, just like the AKS 65, can be perfectly adapted to the operating personnel by optionally raising the level of the working height.

            Semi-automatic casing change using turret technology

            The filling process is carried out via the REX vacuum filler. The product is gently conveyed via the vane cell conveyor and the residual air is evacuated to the maximum. This provides the basis for the product quality of your sausages.

            In the version without casing magazine, the casing is loaded onto the linking tube by hand.

            Especially for natural casings, but also for all artificial and collagen casings, the casing is loaded onto the linking tube. The casing is changed simply by triggering the 2-hand condition on the AKS 65. This guarantees the shortest casing change times for maximum production output using a 3-position turret, and minimizes downtimes.

            Vacuum filler RVF 436 & 436 S

            The all-rounder for all sizes of business

            RVF 436 is as suitable for the smaller or medium-sized meat-processing operations as it is for larger, highly specialised companies. Its smooth surface, hygienically designed, space-saving machine housing, is self-supporting and made entirely of stainless steel.The machine’s modern design allows us to fulfil the highest standards of hygiene, reducing the daily cleaning effort.

            The reinforced model of the large rotary vane conveyor system guarantees highest portioning accuracy for a maximum service life. No crushing or smearing: It ensures all kind of emulsions transported gently, especially with larger pieces of meat or raw sausage applications. The rotary vane conveyor system is available with eight, 12 or 14 vanes, alternatively also with blind vanes. A simple pressure levelling piston ensures highest portioning accuracy.

            Thanks to the newly developed lifting device, the hopper of the RVF 400 - available in different sizes - can be filled simply and without any mess.

            The impressive standard 12” touchscreen control makes the machine easy to operate, thanks to its large-sized control elements. Both the RVF 436 and the RVF 436 S are designed to be suitable for all applications, e.g. for operating clipping machines, REX hanging lines and attachments.

            The tried-and-tested "REX Servo drive" rounds off the innovative control concept. The optional case holding device makes it easy to twist artificial and natural casings.
