The machine is designed for washing and rinsing EURO crates - E1, E2, and E3. It is equipped with fixed nozzles for rinsing and adjustable nozzles for the washing process. Heating of water in the tank: direct steam injection. Electric heating is also an option. Pneumovalve for steam control. The 85°C hot water for rinsing is supplied via the steam/water mixing valve. The water of the washing process is continuously filtered and replenished from the rinsing process, which provides reduced water and energy consumption. The temperature of the wash water can be adjusted from 30 °C to 60 °C via a thermostat. The water tank is thermally insulated to prevent heat loss. The tunnel is equipped with removable side covers that facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. Safety features include magnetic sensors on the side covers, overload clutch coupling, and electronic regulation of the water level.

Execution and operation:
The washing machine is made completely of stainless steel, material 1.4301.
All outside surfaces are polished. Machine is not pass through and with door from only one side.
Door is equipped with safety sensors. Machine is equipped with exhaust outlet with diameter 200mm. Exhaust pipes to be provided by the customer.
The washing is carried out with 55C hot recycled water from the main tank, mixed with detergent.
The washer is equipped with movable arm-nozzles in the washing chamber so that the racks are washed on all sides, and from the above as well. The nozzles arms are movable up and down. Nozzles are from stainless steel, not adjustable. The machine main tank is situated beneath the washing chamber. The water in the main washing tank is heated by 2x15kW el heaters. After the washing is complete, the racks are rinsed with hot 85 degrees water, which is provided by the customer. The water from the washing and rinsing is filtered then returns to the main tank for further use. Thus the water consumption is decreased considerably.
The washing machine is in conformity with the hygienic requirements of EU and USDA and the CE-marking. The wiring, water pipelines and the waste water pipeline are not part of the delivery and are to be provided by the client.

Attention:
In order to guarantee a proper machine function, we strongly recommend that the customer is aware of the cold water quality in the factory. The water hardness should not exceed 6° according to the German scale or 1, 25 mmol/l according to the international scale.
If the value exceeds this limit, we strongly recommend installing a water softener installation.

Otherwise a calcification can cause a total destruction of the heating elements as well as the nozzles and other parts of the machine.
